   Sponsors donate a real prize — a car, a TV, a phone. We list it publicly with the donor's name.

   Buy a ticket

   Pay KSh 20–50 via M-Pesa. You'll get an SMS confirmation with your ticket number.

   Entry window closes

   Once the countdown hits zero, no more tickets are sold for that raffle.

   Random draw

   A cryptographically secure RNG picks one ticket uniformly at random from all sold tickets.

5. 5
   Winner notified

   Winner gets an SMS. Their name (and photo, with consent) is shown publicly with the donor. Next raffle opens automatically.
